Introductory classes are a great opportunity 

to explore the healing power of your own breath.

        understand what constitutes an open, healthy breath

        find out what your specific breathing pattern indicates

        learn how to fully open your respiratory system

        experience a 1 hour Transformational Breath session, using toning, 

           movement and music to inspire and enhance the flow of the process.

Wear loose comfortable clothing, bring a pillow and water to drink.
