currently offered once a month at the YMR.
Yantra Mountain Retreat is committed to creating a sacred, safe
and deeply nourishing environment where participants may experience
their innate beauty and aliveness.
Effective, life-enriching tools, specifically the art of conscious
breathing
are shared and practiced within the group providing the opportunity for
profound breakthroughs, personal growth and transformation.

This overnight event begins at 7pm Friday and ends at
5pm
