Weekend retreats are currently offered once a month at the YMR.  
Yantra Mountain Retreat is committed to creating a sacred, safe 
and deeply nourishing environment where participants may experience 
their innate beauty and aliveness.  
Effective, life-enriching tools, specifically the art of conscious breathing 
are shared and practiced within the group providing the opportunity for
profound breakthroughs, personal growth and transformation.  
Retreats incorporate the following:

               Yoga, Movement and Meditation

               Techniques for Loving Communication 

      Self - Inquiry with 'The Yantra Deck' 

      Silent Forest Walks 

               Gourmet Raw/Living Food: Sumptuous meals and education

               Lots of Fun and Laughter

This overnight event begins at 7pm Friday and ends at 5pm Sunday,
dormitory sleeping arrangements with sleeping bags.
